Answers to Some Common Towing Questions

Question: Does my all-wheel-drive, does it require a flatbed tow truck to haul it?
Answer: Some automakers do not require them but here at a towing service we provide flatbed towing at standard towing rates we like to say better safe then sorry on these very expensive drivetrains.

Question: My car has an automatic transmission, can it be towed with the drive wheels on the ground?
Answer: We try not to for example saturn says you can tow their vehicles with the drive wheels down but in our field we feel it looks unprofessional it also may provide possible damage.

Question: With so many different vehicles on the road, how do you remember how to tow each one?
Answer: Every manufacturer establishes their own towing guidelines.  Our drivers are thoroughly trained in these different procedures.  They also have access to every possible reference guide if necessary.

Question: Is it hard on my car to tow it?
Answer: No. Actually it is just the opposite. Since your car is lifted by it's tires, it is riding on your own suspension.  The tow truck or wrecker absorbs most of the ride.
